The first step is determining whether your website will be built using a theme or as a fully custom design. The general steps after this are as follows.
Theme-Based Website Process
- I will send you 5 theme options to choose from.
- Once you select a theme, I will send you a design document so we can plan the homepage structure and navigation.
- You will provide the content for the inside pages.
- You will provide any images you would like used. If needed, I can also select stock images for the website.
- A development link will be sent to you so you can review the website before it goes live.
- Any comments, edits, or requested changes will be addressed.
- Once approved, your website will be migrated and made live.
- I will provide training if needed.
Custom Website Process
- I will create two homepage design concepts for you to review.
- I will walk you through both designs in a design presentation.
- Once you select a design, I will make any needed edits or changes.
- After the homepage design is approved, the inside pages will be designed.
- A development link will be sent to you so you can review the website before it goes live.
- Any comments, edits, or requested changes will be addressed.

No, this is to save you money! Many designers simply will charge you a monthly fee and then put your site up themselves. This is bogus and costs you extra money! I will design, create, and refine your website and then give it to you in it's entirety. If you need training on how to host it using WordPress then I will show you how as well.
